Build a Website (We need PHP Cake Expert)

we have two Project. 1. Redesign a website: NEED html website for morning [login to view URL] is reference site........we need same page as given reference [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] need better and professional look and feel 7 repressive [login to view URL] need ad any payment gateway or shopping cart....it order form will be simple similar like reference site and order details will connect with email id. site concept will be similar like reference site but design and look and feel need more better 2. HTML To PHP Cake: I have purchased GroupDeals script which is built on PHPCake 2.0 (PHP 5.3.28) [login to view URL] I also have purchased a website template that is in CSS/HTML. [login to view URL] I have created a modified version of the template that is to be used. I require the following competed: - Converting the template into a working website theme (frontend only). Note: - Admin (backend is to remain unchanged). - The customised template files will be provided to you. The following pages (and it's elements, etc) are required to be completed: - (Header and Footers) - Home Page - Categories Page - Deal Page - Cart/Buy Page - Login Page * Profile Page Note: - Profile Page is only required to be amended similar look and feel. All functionality must remain working. - The existing GroupDeals theme functionality for the City Selection Popup, View All Categories Popup, Subscriber Popup must be applied to the new theme. - Extra CSS may be required to be added/modified or remove to ensure the same colour scheme is used across the website.
