Build a chat tool in PHP and AJAX

I need a chat tool built in PHP and AJAX to display messages in real-time. The requirements for this projects are as follows: - Create the site on bootstrap framework for responsive design using PHP & MySQL database. - Only logged in members should be allowed to chat, so create account and login / logout section must be created. - Within the chat application show a dashboard of members logged in for chat. - When user clicks start chat button, a chat application should start and wait for another member to join. - Once the second member join. They can chat with each other. - There should be a end session button. This end session should end chat and all user to send chat log to email address that obtained at account creation. - Allow user to logout of the application and send them back to login back.
