E-Commerce site:
Site will have all the common features of a good e-commerce site. I will be able to add as many menu, sub menu, sub sub menu, search filters according to product as I like.
Payment Gateway with cart for multiple products add, delete, changing, add multiple shipping payments (i.e. standard shipping, fast delivery etc), calculating tax/vat by percentage etc. Stripe payment gateway is preferable.
I should be able to add, delete, change any text in admin panel for menus, sub menus, sub sub menus, product name, various products tax/vat rate, various shipping cost, disclaimer text etc.
Magnifying view product features just like Amazon has so that customer can view the product closely.
Product review control in admin. (will be able to manipulate customers product review from admin)
Admin access to create multiple admin users for staffs. Super Admin should be able to give limited or full access of using different features for other admin users as per their requirements and responsibilities.
Site needs to be well designed and user friendly. It should be look like new site rather than copying from other site so that Google do not penalize in search ranking.
All other common features of an e-commerce like tax/vat (by percentage), shipping cost calculation, coupons, product discounts, guest login, various reports on sales, product, top sell and less sell products, payment reports by product, buyer, date etc for analysis, various custom email template with product image & link etc, at least 30 types product search filters(i.e. price, brand, category, size, dimensions, weight, shape, color, texture, materials, type, gender, style, features, fittings, model, power, speed, memory(ram), system, hard drive, storage, graphics card, age, scent, energy. Load, processor etc) I should be able add attributes under those filters name, any product & page On/Off, delete feature in admin panel, including image, delete and any other common features of an e commerce need to be included to make the site robust and useful.
Will have the full access in footer menu, logo, news letter from admin panel (i.e. changing menu header, menu name, terms & condition and privacy policy etc
Over all I should have full flexibility in admin panel and full control over the site.
Easy access to Home page or any other page through various link (i.e. back arrow etc), various label on the product (i.e. sold, Out of stock, latest brand, recently added)
Sort product by low to high price or high to low, recently added, by popular, by rating etc.
Top search & popular search product feature
Ratings and review feature by customers and I should be able to manipulate those reviews and ratings from the admin panel.
Every image and banner access, adding, changing and deleting feature in admin panel
Flexible size of image setting features so that I can add image from the admin panel without thinking of the size of image.
Login with social media (i.e. face book, twitter etc), keep me login, forgot password, register
Contact, Help, FAQ, product and all other pages that is necessary for the site. Later you can’t say this has not been mentioned in the doc.
Google analytics, social network features (FB, Twitter, G+, Pinterest, Instagram) SEO friendly site, site maps, chat and video option, best deals etc needs to be there.
Grid & List view of product.
If anything missing from this doc that also need to be added to make the site useful and user friendly.
All content of the site needs to be original and legitimate.
Digital Ocean server and email server setup.
