Build online system to manage workflow of recuring product manufacturing

We are in need of a small app that will integrate in our website to manage recurring production orders. Our company is based on CNC machining parts for our customers. One of our customers has a recurring project we need to have logged for them. They supply us each day with 10-90 parts that we need to machine and later that day deliver back to them. They have around 10 product types (numbers) they need to have loged. We where thinking of a way we could integrate this in our webiste so the customer can login and track the status of each part as it is machined in our shop. So what we need to do is the following, We pick up the parts from our customer and when they get to our factory we would like to scan each bar code for the product, an online system would have to log the parts received by our customer let say we pick up a batch from our customer and it has 10x item 28, 15x item number 34, 5x item number 25 etc... The system would have to manage the total quantity we have for each part. Then when we begin to machine the parts we would scan the parts again and the system should log the time they start machining. Also we can machine several parts at the same time so we would need a way to scan all parts that are processed in one batch. After the machining is done they would be scanned again and marked as parts ready for shipping and time of completion should be loged so we know how long each batch has been machined. then when we ship them we would like to scan a new bar code that will indicate the parts have been shipped and it should log the time and date the parts are shipped. For the customer they should be able to login to our site and get real time information on all parts we have in stock, what parts are machined and are finished and what parts still need to be machined. Once they are shipped they should be marked as shipped. Also they would need to be able to see the time it took to machine the parts for each part.
