We are looking for a developer that can develop a site similar to this one: [login to view URL] It needs to match both desktop and mobile versions. We will also provide a login user name/password so you could see what features paid members enjoy as well as how submitting a ticket works. We have a budget of $500 for this project which will be paid only when project is completed, delivered and tested. We would like this completed within 30 days without being rushed since we would like sufficient time for testing, quality control and prepare our content. We will invite 2 to 4 bidders to a 2nd round of discussion to clarify what type of development will be used and get additional details. We will give preference to bidders with high score/rating/completions and Freelancer status. We are looking for a long term relationship with a developer that can handle more projects we have in our pipeline & much more future business. Thank you & good luck!

Hi, I have read the entire description. All points seems OK leaving one. The Payment Clause. As this is a big project and our team will be working on this project for the entire month, we would like you to put the entire 500USD in freelancer escrow. And then regarding the payment release, we will want at least 10% as Advance release to start work and then a midway release of 40% when 50% of the work is completed and at the end, we will want the remaining 50% to be released when the website is fully ready and approved by you. Hope this clause will not be a problem. And if it is a serious issue then we will not be eager to do the work. We want everything to be cleared in the beginning. It might feel like we are very harsh but we like to speak and clear things upfront so that later on there is no problems at all. Regards, YourGuy
