Build a risk map software

I need a bit of software that builds an image, similar to a mind map, as I tick relevant boxes. Sorry for my poor ability in trying to explain this but in essence I need:
1. A central box that I can complete with a company name
2. A series of sections where I tick the box and subsections (list of names) comes up, I can I either tick one one main box and all items within that section appear, or I can individually click each item.
3. As I click each item it adds that box to a visual image
The aim is to use this in client presentation in relation to risks their business faces, but of course, each business faces different risks so I need to be able to add/remove to the final image. I attach a powerpoint built example of the final image I currently use.
