Build a weather forecast website

I want a project on urgent basis. Project would be developing a weather forecast application(a web application) I don't want to host it I just have to show it as a project. The App should be able to display the weather forecast of any location also there should be an option of auto detect location. There should be an option of detailed forecast in which user is able to view a 5-day forecast, 10-day forecast and a week of months historical data for the same location. also if possible there should be an option by which user can view the recent news for that location and also the data on the map (something like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) the api used should be a free developers Api.
