I used to run a social advocacy website with several thousand followers. This was before facebook, and I shut down just before the so called "social media revolution". If I had run it after facebook and twitter came into being, it would have been much more easier to sign up new members, spread awareness, and organize events.
The movement I used to head was very controversial. You can see the old site on [url removed, login to view] here: [url removed, login to view]
I would like to start restart the website, in order to create a social revolution against this cause for an event next which is scheduled in about ten days; [url removed, login to view]
I will work with you to identify the blocks/sections on the website but I need help from someone who has previous experience in creating advocacy/social disruption websites. I will reveal more to the shortlisted candidates. I don't care if you create the website on wix, drupal, wordpress, etc. as long as its is engaging, disruptive. etc. Obviously, it must be mobile and FB friendly, and have a strategy to use social media heavily. Let me know if you're the one who can help me in starting a revolution. I am confident of getting 100,000 followers and being covered on CNN, BBC, Al Jazeera, etc. (I was covered 10 years ago and journalists have constantly been in touch with me for the 8-9 years since I stopped) and will give you credit for it. It would help to for it to be two languages - English and Gujarati, though not mandatory.
Please note that I am just as capable (as anyone here) to start a good website using template from Wix, wordpress, drupal (which is what the last site was based on) etc. but I need to know how you add value. Simply putting in a bid won't do - let me know if you have experience, can propel our movement with your experience/skills/strategy, etc. Plain vanilla bids - please save yourself the time. thanks.
PS: anyone mentioning php, mysql, asp, etc. will not be considered. Please differentiate yourself.

Just bidding here to let you know, I did not support maltmarch back then and I wont support it now. This comes from an atheistic person with no attachment to religious sentiments. Good luck
