We are a Gym, looking for a professional looking website. Things we're looking for - Site navigation - Stylish design - integration of a HTML5 questionnaire widget (that you will create) - E-commmerce integration through stripe - The ability for us to manage the website / e-store - add / delete / edit content ourselves once the site has gone live. We have gone through some lengths to create a document which outlines the website navigation menu items, and text that will appear in the sections. We will provide the graphics / videos as needed, and would like to discuss how that should be done during the kick off meeting. In terms of timeline - what we're thinking is as follows Day 0 - A kick off meeting where we can review our material, talk about specifications, technical requirements, project timeline and additional requirements for both sides Week 1 - Final agreed specification / scope to be signed off - This specification / scope document will finalise the full scope of the website and work to be completed. Week 2) Interim build review / feedback meeting - Where we can provide feedback on the Week 3) Near completion review Week 4) UAT - Web Site sign off Ideally meetings will be held at around 12:00pm or 22:00pm UK time We would like to interview potential contractors via teleconference prior to us making a decision.
