Bulk SMS Plivo integrated application

Hi, Need Web based application to be implemented on a website or desktop version (Windows). Don't mind to buy on shelf product if you have one. The requirements are as follows: A. Settings 1. Plivo Account Auth ID, Auth Token, Remaining Credits 2. Phone Web Database source or excel/csv import settings (fields, separators etc.) 3. Plivo phone numbers to be used for sending SMS 4. Sending numbers Routing default approach: rotate numbers for each SMS, daily amount SMS allowed for each number etc. 5. Using Masked phone number where applicable. B. Campaign 1. Campaign name, phone numbers list with additional details available (User ID, Name, Surname etc. as in the SQL/import file. 2. SMS Routing approach for the project 3. Text message with $variables embedded + {sentence 1|sentence 2} rotator within the text. 4. Launch date and time settings for the start and period of time between SMS. 5. History of SMS sent and delivery status. 6. Ability to restart the campaign from the last sent point or set the restart point. 7. Ability to duplicate campaign with all the details (with no history though). 8. export to csv or Excel file. C. Processing 1. Sending SMS monitoring: Current number, counter of the total, current message, successfuly delivered Yes/No. 2. Option for phone number verification mode (Plivo options) 3. Processing time and the bulk ETA. 4. Sending phone number delivery recognition, notification and solutions choice.
