Cartoon Illustration

I need to create 2 cartoon caracters, with simple outlines. The 2 caracters are for babies, toddlers and young kids and will be printed on various support like clothes, books and accessories. The names of the 2 caracters are Tottoch and Nessie. Tottoch is a little boy Nessie is a little dragon Nessie is Tottoch's best friend I need first a drawing in 4 colors that will become a brand/logo with Tottoch riding on Nessie's back and waving one arm, both smilling. With the words "Tottoch & Nessie" under the drawing Whoever works on this project with me will definitely have to work on more drawings with the same caracters.
