Change a theme and some grafiks

Hi,
Need to fix some minor things in on the theme and also some smal grafik stuff.
Grafik stuff:
[url removed, login to view] the logo, the text under "bralon" in blue needs to be the same font as bralon. also make an other copy of the logo with the text under in grey.
2. I changed the colour in the icons but now they don't look so smooth. So you need to fix that, I will add the original icons.
Theme:¨
1. the menu doens't work as it should so fix that.
2. The colour theme of the theme is not the same as the rest blue on the site (i want the same as the icons)

4. Under the headline "why video markeing" there are sentences I want those under each other with a blue check marks in front.
