Clean modern Front end re design

We have a self help site that allows people to post pictures of their Goals, pin ideas and track their successes as well as connect with people that can help them . We need an experienced Team to re- do the front end to make it slick . You must have created social sites that include picture and video posting as well as be able to demonstrate clean, uncluttered modern design. Please provide links that demonstrate the above .. Thanks
