We are seeking a skilled Designer to modify and improve the current design of a site we're developing. Cosmetic appeal and Responsive capability is the focus. We will only hire a Designer with experience and samples of previous work in this exact scope. We ask for proposed color palette (from broad aspects down to font details), and will provide raw .psd files to modify & create master template (public pages) and sub-page templates for user areas. This is a bootstrap site. We want to work directly with a Designer, not a "Manager" who handles other contractors. We need direct communication and collaboration with the Designer so that things don't get lost in third hand communication, and other delays that are often the case when farming out work. Please do not bid over range. We're happy to discuss details and answer questions with experienced designers who can first provide examples of work history similar to this job, and those sites being created raw (not tweaking templates) by Designer. We pay fast, and often pay bonuses.
