Create a Set of Clip Art

I need someone to create a set of clip art. Initially, the job is for ten pieces. They need to be uniform in size and fairly simple - black & white sketch style is preferred. I need you to agree to grant me exclusive ownership (these must be original and not images that you have sold or given to anyone else) and copyright. JPG is my preferred format.
The images I need (there is room for creative interpretation here so they are very general) should in some way depict the following:
1. Soccer
2. Artificial intelligence
3. A party
4. Crime
5. Color (difficult to do with black and white only I suppose but I welcome your ideas)
6. The supernatural
7. Time
8. Art
9. Photography
10. A Perfect day
