Create a Shoutcast Audio Player

I need someone who can create an audio player for a Shoutcast stream server. The player should look professional or appealing to the eye for the music business. We would like the player to display the title of the song being played and have some sort of visualization (i.e. bars that move to the music etc.). There should be an area of the player that we can place a picture in that we create for each DJ. We also have a logo made that we would like to appear somewhere on the player. If possible, the player should be in HTML5 but can revert to javascript (or something else ) if a browser cannot support it. If anyone can get this done quickly and have it look appealing, we will throw in a tip. Please let me know if you have any questions.
