Create 20 Silhouette Backgrounds for App Game

I need an artist which can create stunning silhouette backgrounds for an app game I am developing. I have attached an example of exactly what I am after. I basically want the example I have attached replicated, but 20 different versions and I want you to use your imagination.
Requirements below:
20 silhouette backgrounds needed
Need it to be replicated as the attached example (for example: black ground, some sort of structures in the background with little glowing lights and a light grey fog that blurs background structures/trees etc. )
Each image to be made into two landscape sizes - 1242 x 2208 pixels (iPhone 6 plus) and 2048 x 1536 pixels (iPad Air) - I think these measurements are correct
Need each image to be saved in JPEG and PNG format
I will need the artist to show me their first two background images to make sure they are on the right track and to provide feedback if needed.
I need the 20th background to be designed in a specific way, I will explain it to the winner of this project.
To win this project you will need to show me that you can complete high quality work and have produced something similar or have created stunning backgrounds for other projects. Please attach these previous works or a link when bidding for this project.
