I have a scanned copy of a degree certificate and I need an exact replica of it to be done with 3-4 days. I want the freelancer to be from Bangalore and I would personally meet and hand over the required material to start the work.\r\n\r\nOnce I accept, as a bonus I will pay 30% of the amount in advance.\r\n\r\nIn your proposal please write "I\'m from Bangalore" otherwise I won\'t even bother reading the rest.
