Create a `solar Products Website

Whenever I ask for website development I get hundreds of responses, and I find it difficult to choose an appropriate company to work with. I have a serious project that I need help developing a website. The website design is where I am interested in. It is a website that has a few main menu items : 1. will list solar products for sale. Users must be able to select some products from the catalogue, and the site will send an email with the requirements (and the name and email address and telephone number of the user) The catalogue must show a picture, description and price, and must be easy enough for me to update the catalogue without understanding web development. 2. A section titled "I need help with Solar" 3. A section titled "Contact US" 4. A section titled "I want to learn" Sections 2 and 4 should show an "Under construction" screen. Section 1 you should select the items you want and send the users requirements to my email address. There is no online shopping, although section 2 could use a shopping cart. I will contact the user via email or phone to actually fulfil the order. But the most important thing that I need is that if you respond to this request, you must include a URL that I can look at as a proposed website design, including pictures, font etc. If I like your design, I will choose you. But I am not able to design the website myself, or find photos to use, or select a design. Please understand this last requirement. If there is no URL I will reject your proposal. Thank-you
