Custom Header Design For Website

I need help from a graphic designer to create a custom header design for my [newly developed website][1]. The design should match with overall look and feel of the website (even though the design is still in development phase and might change in the future, but the theme colors will be unchanged: orange, white and black). One sample design that I like is the header of [2checkout][2], but please feel free to be creative, as long as the company's logo and tagline is intact on your proposed designs. To bid on this project, please send your proposed designs in watermarked low-res image. The size of the header should be 800 x 140 pixels, in PNG format. I attached the logo below... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
