Design a Banner [URGENT]

Looking for Gif banner with 2/3 slides
Size: 160x600 Pixels
the file size of any banner should not exceed 800KB,
ideally your banner size should be 100KB or less for fast loading
refresh rate on any graphic or text within the gif should not be less
than 3 seconds
Rest of the details will be provided in PM or chat
NOTE: I need it urgently done, will do prompt payment and will prefer someone who has worked for me in past as this is my 4th or 5th project for banner design.
Plz bid minimum as I use the designer services quite frequently and definitely I will keep giving future projects who can work economically and nicely.
