Design Custom Mobile App Logo / Icon

I just created a Mobile App called "Qwerk" and need someone to design/ create an icon for the application. I want it to be fairly simple but extremely professional and clean. I want it to incorporate the letter "Q" and for the icon to be a purple/lavender color. I want it to also be create and beautiful.
I like how apps like "Uber" and "Facebook" are creative but also simple. I want something along the lines of these two apps.
I will need it to be in PNG and PSD formats. Also, attached is a sample of the color that I would like it to be. Also the "Q" in the photo is something I really like, but perhaps someone can add more to it or show me other types of Q'[url removed, login to view] you for helping me.
