Design an ORIGINAL VECTOR Poster .EPS/.AI/etc (NO CLIP ART, NO STOCK PHOTOS)

For those of you whom have missed my last few projects, I own a few small company's, the one I'm inquiring for this round is for "The Usual Suspectz Music". The Usual Suspectz Music is an independent urban music label, that also supplies various customer services such as photography/videography/recording studio rental/promotion/graphic design/etc. I'm capable of doing my own designs, yet I prefer to outsource most of my print material for an unbiased projection, with a little direction. With that said, the only actual requirements are 3 characters/cartoons if you will (SDFYH, Crazy-X, 2Piece. They will need to resemble the actual people they represent *pictures attached for reference*) and the name *The Usual Suspectz Music" displayed visibly even if not prominently. Where you go from there (if anywhere) is solely up to you! Also attached is previous artwork, to give you a better feel of the kind of art I'm interested in.
