Design a T-Shirt

I am starting a clothing website and I am preparing to launch but first I need a line up of designs for my tshirts. I have great ideas but I do not have the artistic ability to actually create the graphics myself. I am hoping someone here can match my ideas with their graphic making skills. if someone can do that I will be very grateful and I will be sure to come back VERY often and pay for more and more designs. I will now describe the first design I need for my shirts. The design I need is based off a character from a popular anime show called Dragonball Z. The characters name is Frieza and he is white and purple. I was planning on making this design to go on yellow shirts but I want it to be able to go on other color shirts as well (if possible) as an option for customers. In the design I want Frieza to have his signature smirk on his face pointing his red laser beam towards another part of the shirt where the beam will then spell out in red "DBZ Lives Forever..." I want to keep it simple and with not too many colors but the exact design and size of the character and words is all up to you feel free as long as you base your design off my idea. also feel free to choose if you want Friezas whole body in the design or only certain areas. As long as the design has my idea into it I can guarentee your money. thank you!!! p.s. I have up to 11x17 inches of graphic space to put on the shirts.
