Design a T-Shirt For Tattoo clothing brand

I am starting a clothing company the company's name is Evianchy Clothing or Evianchy for short. I need a couple of things designed, I need a company logo that serves as a logo to place on a website but will also look good on clothing.I would like the source file with transparent back ground so I can place on a t shirt vector when desired. I would also like a jpeg or other photo file. An idea i have for the image could be two "E" back to back but with a star separating them. So there would be a backwards "E" and a forwards facing "E" there will be a space between them. Once they are spaced apart connect the top and bottom of each letter with a line. If done correctly there should be a rectangular void left between the two letter, I ask that you place a star between the two letters so that the two verticle arms of the star line up with the center line of the "E" letter. Please make this whole logo one color (white) you can also write Evianchy below this logo. The next thing I would like is an original t shirt graphic of a skull in grey scale with roses in the ground and around the skull. Some sort of smoke effect could also be put in there if it enhances the overall aesthetic of the t shirt. The company logo should also be placed on the shirt towards the top. I will also need an original t shirt graphic made that includes an attractive female with Mexican style dia de los muertos make up on her face. The shirt should really only be of a face and neck of a white female with black hair it is expected that she is looking somewhat off center. (see example) This too should also be in grey scale but the color portion of her eye should be a light blue/cyan/Tiffany esque type color. Also include some roses with a color that contrast well with the blue, maybe a light reddish pink. Other than that try to keep the colors mainly black and gray. I would also like a jpeg or other photo file. our target market is 15-30 year old tattooed individuals who are into dark clothing and motorcycles. this company aims to serve both males and female but the shirt being created here are for males. Our target audience wears mostly black, grey,white, red and pink (females) so we would like the shirts to contain those colors where requested and not contain different colors other than listed. Our clothing is inspired by sullen clothing company, Unit Clothing, Famous Clothing and other brand. Please take a look at the company's products to get an idea of what we would like to be similar with but we do not want to be the same or an imitator. Also look at the images I provided for reference of image quality and design.
