Design a Website Mockup

We need a one page website design for an online contest. Please see the attached wireframe for the intended contents and structure of the page. Two layout options are mentioned in the wireframe, but you can rearrange the page if you have a different structure in mind.
NOTE: The page will be included in Facebook as a tab, so the width has to be set to 810px. Please keep that in mind when designing.
DESIGN:
The occasion of the contest is Chinese New Year and the company makes jewelry. The design needs to be modern, elegant, clean and minimalist and it needs to feel Chinese/ East Asian as well since the occasion is Chinese New Year. See the attached brochure for reference on the look and feel.
DELIVERABLE:
A working file (photoshop or illustrator) of the design on the landing page, the virtue pop-up and the contest tab. Sliced individual graphical elements of the design as well, delivered as web ready stand along files in JPG or PNG format, to be included in the web design.
DESIGN NOTE:
- the coding of the site is not required for the project, only the design is needed, but coding skills could be an advantage as we might decide to require coding as well as a separate project.
