Design my YouTube channel

Hello Freelancers! I am after someone who can design my YouTube channel; I would like a YouTube profile picture and banner designed according to my specific needs. I am willing to let the style and design be up to you, as long as it meets my requirements: 1) The YouTube profile picture consists of a picture of me only (refer to [login to view URL]). No words! But, be creative. 2) The YouTube banner consists of the first picture attached of me and the following words [and pictures]: Thomas Bruce-Haines New video every Monday, Wednesday and Friday Follow me [insert Twitter logo here] @mrbrucehaines Both pictures need to have colour. Not a kaleidoscope of colour, just nice simple colours that work. I am after mainly masculine colours, and colours that make statements. I cannot stress this enough, I would like you to be creative with it. I will not accept any simple, standard designs, I want something unique, professional and something that makes a statement.
