Design animators (UAE located or oriented)

one of our clients would like to create a product storytelling presentation similar to (one we have) but they are looking for someone to redraw the comics to be more tailored for their target audience in UAE/Gulf region and put them altogether in a brand-new presentation. For instance, the outfits of the kid, his dad and all the other characters on the comics should be integrated and replaced with the ones being used in gulf region. The background also should be inspired from the actual environment of capital cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi…etc. The language involved in the reference presentation is French. The recreated presentation is supposed to be localized into English and Arabic. We will start off with the English translation then the client review the English content, make the necessary edits and send back out the final English content to be localized in Arabic. Anyways, we will take care of the content translation on our end.
