Design a beautiful modern homepage

Need a beautiful graphic design for the home page and layout of a website. I have several ideas and from which the design should be inspired from and I will give very clear guidelines on colour, style and layout. The project should include design for the homepage, layout design for the resources page and a basic template for the style of the other pages which will be very similar to the homepage. The home page has a basic layout and one cool custom illustration demonstrating success in business. The resources page simply contains images and links to useful websites but I have a simple specific layout for it. There are 20 images to be placed on the resource page and these must be cropped and filtered by you so they all look similar. You must also select a great font for the logo of the site. Delivery for all files should be in PSD and a basic jpeg, well organised and easy to convert to html and there should be a reasonable number of revisions. so to summarise 1. home page including a basic illustration 2. basic template for other pages in the same style as home page and very basic design for the resource page including cropping some images I provide. 3. good font selection for the name of the site (multiple ideas would be appreciated) Budget is $60.00 max. Bearing in mind the home page will be VERY similar to the other 2 pages with only minor changes so the real main work is designing the home page. Need this completed in 3-4 days.
