I have written a book (about 38,000 words in length) and will shortly be self-publishing it. I need you to design the book, that is insert the page numbers, make the headings and spacing uniform throughout the book, make the page of contents accurate, make the chapter headings well presented, and all the other things that go into making a book well laid out, attractive and easy to read. I would like the text to be Times New Roman font, but the headings can be something else. The book is a study of a bible passage and is written for the Christian market - familiarity with that genre might help.
