Design iPad app

Need to design and develop an app to be used by freelance translators who do jobs through us. We provide translation tasks to translators who are signed up on our network. The important thing for us now is to create the best, most ergonomic, intuitive, comfortable, enjoyable, configurable, and full-featured, so that the translators will truly have an experience with us that they won't find it with anyone else. I think that will require some research or some reaching out to translators and asking them what they like about other translator platforms so that we can make sure to include the best of what's out there into hours, but with a much better usability and Esthetic appeal. So this is a multi-step project. The research with translators to find out what they most like most dislike about the translation platforms that are out there. Analysis of this research should help us in determining the feature set for our platform. I would like to consider functions and features that are not found elsewhere, and I'm A and awesome designer from a usability perspective (not to be too modest that is). I'm excited about putting us together and growing it out to our team of thousands of translators worldwide. We well I expect, have it translated into about 50 languages as well.
