Design a marketing handout that will increase donations and volunteers for a good cause

I need a graphic designer to take the copy I have and create an 8.5" x 11" marketing piece (Double sided if required). We will use it to solicit donations and get more volunteers for our Legacy Project. This charitable project provides sixty-five families with all the food they need to be nourished during the holidays. The goal of this project is to design a piece that captures the necessary information but is laid out in a way that it is easily digestible and motivates people to want to get involved. There are only two photos (both mediocre) which can be included some how but that's up to you. I don't want it to look dated. You can also look at using type treatments and colour as ways to make it more inviting. Being that The Legacy Project raises money to provide families in need with hampers of food over Christmas might mean red could be a good consideration.?I don't want it overly "Christmasy" though. People should feel like we are reputable, warm and welcoming, and that we are a grassroots organization.
For the final outcome I will need a PDF of the handout and the InDesign files as well.
This needs to be done by Nov. 2nd.
