Design a modern soundboard-based Iphone app

Looking for someone to design a modern soundboard-based iPhone app for Ferrets.

The app\'s focus is to provide different sounds for Ferrets with sounds that will get their attention, provide enrichment, and may help with teaching socialization skills.

I have attached two different drawings of what I had in mind for a logo, and how the main screen would look. The logo is a magnifying glass with either a cartoon ferret with its tongue out, or it could just be an actual photo of one.

The main screen would be broken down into 3 different sections:

1. \"Squeak!\" - Various squeaky toy noises

2. \"Dook!\" - Various ferret socialization noises

3. \"Wild!\" - Various wild animal sound clips

Then there would be a quick-access second main screen page that has an additional 2 more categories

4. \"Toys!\" - Various common ferret toy sound clips

5. \"Nature!\" - Various nature themed sounds.

Each section would feature various 10-30 second audio clips that would quickly start playing once your finger presses the chosen clip.

Each \"Icon\" of a clip would have its own picture describing what the sound is.

When the end-user is selecting a clip to play, they need to be able to quickly swipe through each categories\' row, and have a quick playing sound clip once they have selected which clip to play.

They also need the ability to drag and drop within each category to make their own \"top 3\" audio clips. Much like how holding down an iPhone app on the home screen lets them all shake and lets you freely move them before finalizing it again.

Summary:

-Keep everything simple and fast-acting

-Able to play sound clips almost instantly

-Make it possible to put in different sound clips in each area if needed in the future

-With the audio clips, most will be sourced from areas like YouTube, so they will most likely need to get shortened to the 10-30 second clip sizes

-Logos for the app, website, and Icon for the app (All the same logo, but the right size for each) within the iPhone\'s home screen

-At the bottom of the main screen, there would be social media links such as Facebook, Twitter, Mobile website link, and YouTube links going to the App\'s [url removed, login to view] mobile website link\'s icon would be a small version of the app logo.

Right now I do not have an Apple developer account, but when needed I can get one set-up to manage the app before it goes live and after it is live. This will be a app that charges money, as well.

What is expected after completion:

-Intellectual property such as the logo designs, name, app, along with the files etc are to be handed over.

-Hand over app access details so owner may make changes in the future

Please speak English, prefer US-based; having knowledge of Ferrets is a plus.
