Design a scolling 2 page website similar to [login to view URL]

We are a beverage company and are looking for a temp 'landing page' that will hold our domain till we complete all the content for the final site.
The primary 'effect' (after logging on past the age-verification page) is a single page that scrolls down and menu driven as well as mobile friendly (HTML5) that mimics [login to view URL] (foreground scrolls faster than background image)
Colors will come from our logo (attached below) - and content (filler) to be supplied later - Will attach several stock photos to be used as you see fit for the design.
Needs to be contemporary, sleek and cosmopolitan in look and feel, yet with a touch of hand-crafted old school beverage related imagery too ...
We will entertain bids based on quality of work and price -
*NO* .aspx or .net!!!

We misspelled "Scrolling" in the title subject line - or "Parallax" is what we should have said (If Freelancer Support sees this, can you change "scolling" to "scrolling" and add Parallax) thanks -
We have coding for age verification entry page and T&C's if needed (will make our lives easier) but you can create it too if you wish... We are not in a big rush - we want this done 'right' vs. being done fast.
Please show us EXAMPLES of your Parallax or JS Scrolling work -
In Menu - we need to add in RFQ (request for quote) option too -
