Design a two Logos.

I need two logos. The descriptions for each are as follows:
1) I need a logo that looks exactly like the Ray-Ban logo except I need it to say something different. We have not settled on the exact name yet but we would like alternate options of "Ray-Fan", "Kay-Fan", and "K-Fan". Additionally, we would like different variations of the logo similar to the variations the Ray-Ban company has including one saying "Genuine since 1989".
2) The second logo I need is a logo for an app. I would like the logo to be either a lower case "n" or Capital "N". The theme or the color scheme should reflect the nightlife, bar scene, nightclubs, music, DJs, etc. Alternatively, if you accept this project and decide to be a creative, we are open to different ideas than the letter "n"; shapes, images, etc.
