Develop a Corporate Identity for outdoor event: Standee, Banner, Canopy and one Pager

We are launching an investment plan and we have our first outdoor event coming up next week. The concept is: Since the pressure on our natural resources is growing everyday due to increase in demand and scarcity of raw material is becoming a big problem, a lot of industries are facing a problem to run their large setups smoothly. The industry in question here is the wood and paper industry and the natural resource in question here is trees (wood). The only way to solve this problem is increased production. Our company is the pioneer company in india which is taking up mass scale plantation of industrial species in an organised to reduce pressure on the natural forests in the future. This will not only ensure supply to the industry but also save us from climate change effects. In order to take it on a large scale we have made an investment plan in which we are calling individual investors to invest with us. We are growing a specie called "Melia Dubia" (The Miracle Tree) which is required by the industry and is in high demand. The idea is: - Investor makes the capital investment required to buy land and create infrastructure. - Agrocorp develops the land and setup the plantation. - Once the setup is complete, Agrocorp transfers the asset rights to the investor. This creates an asset for the investor. - Agrocorp maintains the land at its own cost till maturity. - Maturity period is 7 years. - Upon maturity, Agrocorp sells the material to the industry and shares the revenue in the ratio of 30%:70% (Agrocorp: Investor) - The Return on Investment is nearly 30%p.a in addition to the asset ownership To ensure investor security we have done the following: - Transferred the asset to the investor the very first day, ensuring delivery and also ensuring that the company has no interest in or returns from the asset. - We have brought in Indian Wood Science Technology, Ministry of Forest & Environment, Government of India as the "Technical Support Partner" to adopt best possible farming methods to ensure best possible growth of the tree as per industry's requirement. - We are the pioneer company to get in Insurance company on board to only cover our input cost but also our profit in case of any loss during the period. - We have taken maintenance responsibility till maturity at our own cost. - We have on board industry partners who are ready to enter into buy back agreements today only to ensure demand in future. So we have technical support, no maintenance responsibility, risk coverage, assured demand and Good ROI. The investment size is also small i.e Rs 12.95 Lacs.
