HTML & CSS USING GOOGLE MATERIAL DESIGN ON BOOTSTRAP UI/UX DESIGNER WANTED

We are currently developing a a platform for real estate industry. We need the services of a UI/UX designer to give us a very beautiful designs, mobile responsive HTML and CSS on Bootstrap on all devices of inner pages of the platform using Google Material design on bootstrap. The pages must also open on all web browsers; IE 10 and above, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera etc. 1. The freelancer would be required to work with Wireframes provided bringing some creative inputs where necessary. 2. You are required to design taking into consideration Google Developer Tools for Speed and Optimization, as we accept only a minimum of 90% optimized spped from Google Developer speed testing tool for Desktop and Mobile devices. 3. The number of pages to design for UI/UX should be about 10 pages. The wireframes are available. 4. Shortlisted Persons, will create a free single sample visual design of one of the pages to confirm competence before contract will be awarded. Please Note: Freelancers that have developed a Real Estate Portals or other business Portals would be an added advantage and we would require to see your past portfolios and jobs done using google material design for UX. The person must be willing to sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we share our wireframes and project documentation. Thanks.
