Help me implement a feature on my project, and clean up the media queries.

I'm looking for someone to help me finish off my project in the next 2-3 hours. I have a website that is already completed, I just need to add a feature to where my top link is activated or highlighted, whenever the user clicks on that link and is on that part of the page. Also, I'm looking for someone who can help me clean up my mobile, to look exactly like the PSD version.
