Illustrate/Design an Emperor's Sword

Goal: Design an eye-catching SWORD—Emperor’s Sword.
The brand name is “Emperor’s Sword”. The Emperor refers to a Chinese emperor. The SWORD needs to be a “visual hammer” (see Visual Hammer: [login to view URL] ).
The product is a liquor, which will be sold internationally. So the sword design needs to be cool for consumers in the United States and other western countries. .

Use the newly attached files, which contains updated requirement and image files.
Update with milestone information
Must sign the “Work for Hire” agreement before starting the project.
1. Create a draft based on the above requirements.
Will pay 1/3 of the total.
2. Make corrections/updates based on feedback and finish the final design.
Will pay another 1/3 of the total. Freelancer provides all Vector files to us after receiving the second 1/3 payment.
3. We will do the fitting of the design to the label and print out on actual labels to verify color etc. Make corrections/updates if needed. Once the actual print out is verified to be good and there is no issue with the Vector file, we pays out the final 1/3 of the total.
Files to return to us:
Vector file (AI file). Freelancers need to provide us the files after Milestone #2 payment.
