Long Term Partnership - Banner Creation

Good day,
we are a German company that works for the most respected brands in the field of banner creation.
Now we need a Freelancer that helps us crop PSDs so that we can continue setting up the HTML5 File. The Freelancer is only required to crop the layers of the PSD - not more.
We have the following workflow:
1. Creative agency submits PSD Files (OUR JOB)
2. Freelancer is cropping PSD Files (YOUR JOB)
3. HTML5 Setup (OUR JOB)
It is very important to note that you need to have a good knowledge considering HTML5 Banner creation. You need to crop all the layers in order to minimize file weight, you need to know the difference between transparent layers and a lot more.
Further Requirements:
- Work needs to be done very fast. Would be great, if you were a team that can do all tasks in under 2 hours
- German is a plus
