I'd like to create a short 3-5 page Stress management protocol.
This will be part informational on stress, how it effect the body and mind. Highlighting some of the possible health side effects of not managing one's stress properly.
I'd like you to research the 4-5 action steps someone can take that can help them reduce their stress. i.e. reducing and quitting coffee/ caffeine intake, meditation, dietary changes, regimented sleep patterns etc. Coming up with action steps that someone can take and put into action that will help them better manage their stress.
I'd also like some graphics and charts or whatever else info you can add to make it look as official as possible.
This will be for the purposes of creating a downloadable PDF that people can enter their email to receive. It will be a pop-up for our business www.floathouse.ca. As part of the protocol I would like to prescribe a certain float regiment to go along with their stress management protocol. Please visit our website and review our new to floating page. This will give you a feel for our business and the type of pop-up email funnel we'd like to create.
