build my project using PHP image functions

I am developing a website but I need your help in coding a part of it. Looking for someone who can export the rain data (using the number codes of the colors and x and y postions?) data shown in maps from [login to view URL] (please select the band = sandwich) and import as overlay on a custom map from [login to view URL] with the same color style as shown on [login to view URL] for instead of NL (Netherlands) for Thailand. Again, the goal is NOT to build a new website. I will make the website myself. You just need to exported and converted the data from [login to view URL] so it would show something like what [login to view URL] has. Attached is an example drawing I made of what I mean as extra explanation.
