build a website wireframe and build the website

I am looking for someone to first, help create a framework for my website while suggesting a platform like mix or shopify. Once the wire frame is complete we can start building the website. (the wireframe should be detailed by phase of work. Phase 1, phase 2 and phase 3) A little about the brand. This is a new sporting goods brand that has a very unique business model. For one, I still intend to sell products through retailers, roughly 100 of them, worldwide. I can still sell online; only if I can get one of my retailers to fulfill the order. Second, I want to create pull demand system that allows for me to have direct contact with the end users. Meaning I may sell B2B but I want to talk to the end-users online and through social media. This way, I can share new ideas and the end-users can provide feedback. This data will be collected and shared with accounts for them to preorder the new items. (think of kickstarter for retailers) Third, I want to sell custom product by installing the mycustomizer app that allows for users to create a product onine and purchase it on the spot. Associations will be able to create a design and send it the shopify team page to its users where they will enter the size and add their name and number if needed.
