I'm a full stack web developer for a digital marketing agency. I have actually recently implemented this on a drupal based site. I had to create a module for it from scratch since currently owl carousel slider 2 doesn't have one. I can get this done for you in a very short period of time.

I have worked on Bootstrap sites before and even am working to customize my own (though still in development). This would be great experience for me and I would ensure it would be done correctly by doing it on a test site instead of in production then migrate it over in order to ensure your site wouldn't be affected during the development process.
