Code PSD File to CSS and HTML

I have attached the page that needs to be coded. I need it coded from PSD to HTML5 and CSS3 with as few images as possible. I can pay $7 to have the project completed. Do NOT bid unless you can do it for $7. I need it done in 24 hours at the most. Do NOT bid unless you can do it in this timeframe.
