Presently we have a custom Access database that was built for us in 1997. We would like to have the database redesigned from the ground up but based off the processes established in the access database. The plan is to one day soon tie the database in with a secure website so this project will require that function-ability. Some of the functions already in the 97 DB are: Optical storage for documents, email & fax from within the DB, Contact logs, and many forms that can be faxed, emailed, or printed from DB. The Key is the DB logs, every action taken from within the DB must be recorded. One new component that we are very desirous of is a logical web scraping component within the DB that will preform searches and pull the data back to a "quarantine" file specific for an individual account that can be reviewed and accepted at a later date. Another new component we require is the DB must be compatible with Unified Messaging VOIP software and able to dial phone numbers from within the DB while logging the calls in a specified "Call Log" This is a very complex project and in need of an expert. A copy of the 97 DB will be supplied however we will require an executed NDA agreement before we can release it. The requested time frame to complete this project to a Beta is 4 months with the Final version and the ending source code finished in 8 months. Changepond Technologies (CMMI leve 3) specializing in web portal, social networking site, custom software, web application and maintenance. It has helped banks to sell foreclosed houses for an optimum price. This was made a reality by effective use of relevant data, with the appropriate data architecture and analytical tools, helping banks leverage a deeper view of the housing market. Banks were able to sell by proactively contacting customers based on behavioral triggers and key life stages. Sites such as zillow, realtytrac, airbnb and several others were scrutinized on a regular basis to understand the selling price/rent of the houses in that location. Based on the scraped data, the value of the houses was calculated. This information enabled the banks to prioritize the sale of houses. Potential buyers for a location were zeroed on from the information collected from Social media feeds (twitter). The Apache Hadoop framework was employed to calculate the average price of houses. If you're going to build a database I assume you'll want it in MSSQL, not Access. I would love to do this, and do it in steps so we can have clear deliverables (for both of us along the way). With MSSQL you'll be able to have stored procedures, and other code that will let you do almost anything you can imagine. I am American, live in NYC, have a BS and a day job; I need extra projects this month. I am free to talk on the phone as well anytime.
