Build an Online Store

I need an online store for selling clothes. It can be done with either opencart or magento Should have the following features: 1. All necessary extensions for a standard clothing webstore. examples: Integrate Offline and online payment gateways, Able to send a mail to all members. Multiple currency Have a catalog for all the products on my website that people can view online or download. 2. Ability to replicate the website for resellers who will sell only my products 3. The resellers will have unique url - to be redirected to different domain name 4. Each reseller website will be unique and have it's own admin area. 5. The replicated reseller site should have an admin area where the reseller can: a. Add % to the existing price b . Change currency c. Change template / color d. Change Logo e. Change Contact information and other Social Media information. Note on 5a (%) All the prices on my website will be wholesale price. Each reseller can set their own price by add or reducing the wholesale price by certain percentage. Example if the price of product A is $100 and the reseller set's the percentage to 50%, then the price of the product on the reseller site will display $150 6.
