Build a one page site

hey, i need a one page site (mvc-html or web form). it's a department and employees management page. you can add departments and employees, attach employees to departments, and edit the departments and the employees. the classes are: * departments: creation date - datetime, creation user - string, department name - string, description - string, active - bool, last update date - datetime. * employee: first name- string, last name - string, id - int, sex - string, first day date - date time, last day date - datetime, job title - string. need to use sql server and export the data to mdf file, and add it to the project (app_data) need to use ajax (when needed), can use any js and plugins. ui/ux - should look nice, but not too nice :) input validation , try/catch, log file.
