Animated info movie + animated logo

I am looking for a freelancer who want to help me to create promotion video for my site in Sweden. The site is about online learning and the introduction video should be short but informativ. I will help you with guidence and structure of this introduction video. We are talking about no more then 2 minutes of introduction. I have created a character that you will use as an informator and you will have to try to animate him to talk after my voice. I would like you to come with ideas of how you think this video should be developed and to write manus for it. I will write promotion text as it will be in Swedish. For this project I will pay you 300 USD. You must be comfortable with this price since its not negotiable. If you want more money then please try on other project. Second project I want is for you to create an introduction logo that is animated. The logo is already made but I want you to animate it as it will be shown as start of each my video course I produce. The animation will be 18 sec long and I will provide you with music to deign it with. Also a AI file with the logo. For this project I will pay you 100 USD. You must be comfortable with this price since its not negotiable. If you want more money then please try on other project. So if you are up for both projects I will pay you 400 USD. No payments up front. You will provide me a youtube version of your process. My suggestion is that you create the animated logo first. Upon approval on youtube or other secure location I will wire you the money (through paypal only). I have worked with freelancers from India and Pakistan before and I know good result from them and would not mind if you are from those countries. But not required. If you need reference of my liability then I can provide you with freelancer contact in India. So if you can meet my conditions then please feel free to contact me. I will personally talk with you and we will go trough the projects and hopefully soon complete them.
