CCG Location/Landscape Art - Interior Steam/Utility Tunnels

I'm looking for an artist to draw a scene/location/landscape for an upcoming customizable card game. This is a darker, gritty, modern setting, so please keep that in mind when bidding. I also tend to give a lot of creative freedom to the artist when it comes to the artwork - artists/designers work better if I'm not micromanaging every single thing - but do ask to see a draft of the idea before it goes into the final coloring stages.
